About the Role: Inventory & Procurement Assistant

In this role, you'll support the department manager in overseeing the full lifecycle of our products—from sourcing sustainably harvested ingredients to ensuring our finished goods are delivered on time. Your contributions will help maintain stock availability, manage costs effectively, and uphold the seamless, restorative experiences our customers love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage weekly production schedules based on forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Assist with stock control, goods receiving, and ERP inventory management using Cin7 Core.
  • Forecast, order, and manage raw materials and packaging, with a focus on items with long lead times.
  • Track supplier performance and manage both local and international freight logistics.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and records.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate competitive pricing and service agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards while promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in inventory, procurement, or supply chain roles within manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Confident using ERP/MRP platforms (such as DEAR or similar) with strong data analysis skills.
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to balance cost-efficiency, quality, and brand purpose.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
