Your Mission: Open Doors, Spark Conversations, Fuel Growth

 At WorkJam, we're transforming the way frontline workforces thrive—and we need bold, sharp, and tenacious Outbound Business Development Representatives to drive our continued expansion and impact.

You'll be on the front lines, breaking into accounts and introducing WorkJam to businesses across retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing and beyond. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own your outbound pipeline of strategic prospects—organizations with large frontline workforces, including retail (convenience, grocery, specialty), hospitality (QSR, casual dining, hotels), manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and field services—and guide them from "Who are you?" to "Let's book a demo."
  • Use cutting-edge sales tools and AI-driven platforms to conduct high-volume outreach across email, phone, and social channels - this is a role where technology supports your hustle, but your energy makes the impact.
  • Pitch with precision. Craft personalized messaging that resonates with everyone from frontline ops to C-suite execs. 
  • Qualify like a detective. Ask smart, strategic questions to uncover real needs, navigate objections with confidence, and hand off only sales-ready leads to the Sales Account Executives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly pipeline goals through resilience, tenacity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to continuously improve outreach and buyer engagement.

What we're looking for (Besides Charm and Grit):

  • 1–2+ years of experience in outbound SaaS sales or tech BDR roles
  • A genuine love for cold calling (and you're not afraid to hit the phones—a lot)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English—you know how to break through email inbox noise and communicate effectively with people from different countries
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your daily KPIs
  • Coachable, collaborative, and curious—you take feedback and run with it
  • Experience selling into enterprise or frontline workforce industries an asset
