Greenwich College and Greenwich Higher Education deliver high-quality courses across the English Language (ELICOS), Vocational (VET), and Higher Education sectors to international students.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking an experienced Senior Admissions Officer to join our Greenwich College/Greenwich Higher Education international Admissions team on a 12-month full-time contract covering maternity leave.

Based in our Sydney campus, this role will suit someone with previous international admissions experience who is confident in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess international student applications against Genuine Student (GS) criteria and course entry requirements
  • Prepare and issue Offer Letters and Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESOS, National Code, and related compliance requirements
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Student Services, and Academic teams to ensure smooth applicant conversion and onboarding
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality service to agents and applicants, with cultural awareness and professionalism
  • Support continuous improvement of admissions processes and contribute to a positive, service-centred team culture

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in ELICOS / VET / Higher Education admissions within the international education sector
  • Understanding of Australian visa and compliance frameworks (e.g. GS, ESOS, PRISMS)
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in time-sensitive situations
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Collaborative, resilient, and self-motivated - with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
