Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Sydney, NSW. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, providing exceptional student counseling services, coordinating between departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Marketing strategy development and execution experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Experience in student counseling or the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
