Field Delivery Advisor

The OpportunityKey Responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor and provide technical support to field delivery personnel and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects and BAU activities
  • Field Change Management and implement operational initiatives and procedural changes
  • Assist with Project Planning and the preparation and review of scope of works and cost estimates as agreed with the Project Manager
  • Maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with APA teams and all external stakeholders
  • Reporting HSE, quality matters and non-compliance of work practices ensuring they are produced in the required timelines
About You
  • At a minimum, a trade certificate in a related field is preferable
  • Supervisory experience in the gas industry, preferably in operations and maintenance.
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Good communicator with the ability to motivate and lead a team and manage contractors.
  • Proven ability to plan, schedule and prioritise work
