**Program Leader - Lead, Inspire, Empower at Disability Connect Victoria**

We’re looking for a Program Leader who’s ready to make a real difference.
**About the Role**
As a Program Leader based at our Warragul office (full-time, Monday-Friday, 8.30 am-5 pm), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client success and leading a team committed to excellence. Your mission? To ensure outstanding health outcomes and support for our clients through exceptional leadership, resource management, and program execution.
**What You'll Do**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Disability Support Workers and Team Leaders, fostering professional growth and high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee the delivery of accommodation and support programs, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and DCV policies.
- Partner with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to deliver impactful services.
- Manage staffing, rostering, and resources to run efficient, cost-effective programs.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting to support program success.
**What You Bring**
- A Certificate IV in Disability or related field (Diploma preferred).
- Proven leadership experience within the disability sector, particularly in accommodation services or complex client support.
- Outstanding communication and decision-making skills with a knack for adapting in fast-paced environments.
- High computer literacy and experience with cloud-based systems, Microsoft Office, and rostering tools.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS regulations, OHS, behaviour support, and SDA programs.
- Necessary certifications: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and a valid driver’s licence.
- A sense of humour, passion for leadership, and a genuine desire to create a positive impact.
