Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Parts Interpreter located in Warragul, VIC. The Spare Parts Interpreter will be responsible for assisting customers with identifying and ordering spare parts, managing inventory, processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and providing technical advice. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, maintaining parts databases, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts.

Qualifications

• Experience in spare parts interpretation and inventory management (preferred)
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of farm machinery and equipment (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using parts databases and computer systems
• Must have high attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is advantageous but not necessary. We are willing to train and promote the right person
