Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience in the legal industry, particularly in property, commercial law and/or Wills and Estates.
  • The ability to apply a range of technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience preparing settlements using PEXA.
  • Excellent judgment and use of initiative.
  • The ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and preparing correspondence.
  • Drafting and preparing documents.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Diary and email management.
  • File management.
  • End of month billing and reporting.
  • Answering phone calls and redirecting queries as needed.
