About The Role
You will partner with our client's central maintenance team to accelerate the centralisation of asset integrity scopes across their processing plant assets.

The role involves reviewing current vendor usage, developing standard scopes and engineering specifications, leading tender processes, supporting evaluation, and updating master data to reflect standard vendors across functions such as structural integrity, cranes & lifting equipment, fire equipment inspections, and classified plant management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review current vendor usage across asset integrity scopes including structural integrity inspections/repairs, crane & lifting equipment inspections, fire equipment inspections and classified plant management.
  • Develop standardised scopes of work and engineering specifications for Australia-wide application.
  • Manage the tender process: prepare documentation, issue tenders, support evaluation and selection.
  • Collaborate with the central maintenance team to amend master data, ensuring the selected standard vendor framework is embedded.
  • Provide research, coordination and advice support to the maintenance leadership—not solely "managing" but facilitating change and standardisation across the portfolio.

About You
You are a driven contracts or procurement professional with exposure to mining or heavy industry, preferably gold-sector. You have strong analytical and coordination skills, ability to drive standardisation, and experience with tendering and vendor management.

  • Experience in contracts, vendor management or procurement—ideally within mining or asset integrity contexts.
  • Comfortable with change-management, standardisation and master data update tasks.
  • Able to research, coordinate and advise rather than direct large teams.
  • Must have right to work in Australia.
