The Beechmont Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manger to join their team in a full-time, salaried position. Being one of the most popular pubs and live entertainment venues on the Gold Coast, this opportunity is well suited to a manager looking to further progress their career and be given the opportunity to run a large team in a fast-growing, successful business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Opening/closing the venue
- Managing and training staff
- Stocktakes
- Cash Up
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating on operational enhancements for the venue
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year's experience in similar role
- Knowledge of TAB and Keno wagering
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers License
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in availability
