What does this role involve:Reporting to the Club Manager and working alongside other managers, this role encompasses overseeing restaurant, bar and gaming operations. Your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding food, beverage and gaming experiences for our members and guests. As a key player in maintaining high service standards, you will actively contribute to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our patrons. This is a hands-on position that requires exceptional leadership, effective staff management, supervision, adherence to regulatory compliance and a significant role in driving success.
Who are you:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a busy hospitality environment with experience in gaming, bar and restaurant operations
- Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills, thriving under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills and financial acumen with experience in wage control and cash reconciliation
- Proactive and attentive to guest needs with the ability to motivate and encourage the team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales
- Positive attitude to help foster a strong team culture
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of presentation
- Excellent people skills to manage a range of personalities effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- RSA and RSG certification are essential with RMLV certification an advantage
- Previous Club or Hotel experience is highly favourable

- Attractive Compensation - Get paid for every hour worked with overtime rates for every minute over your 38-hour weekly average. In addition to your base salary you'll receive all relevant allowances and penalty rates leading to a predicted annual income of at least $80k-$90k, depending on overtime and/or public holidays worked.
