Role Overview:
This position is full-time and based at our Sydney location in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for dental practices, dental laboratories, hospitals and healthcare professionals. You will be the voice of the company towards our customers and everyone who wants to get in touch with us for support and guidance. Your work directly contributes to the success of our company and our customers in providing better care for patients. You'll also be collaborating with internal teams and external Territory Managers located across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you will:
· Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional phone support for product enquiries and technical assistance.
· Manage inbound orders and customer enquiries received via phone and email.
· Apply strong organisational and coordination skills to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
· Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while completing general administrative tasks.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements when processing orders, warranties, and related documentation.
· Take a proactive approach to daily tasks and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
· Participate in ongoing technical training to develop deep product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer support.
Preferred Educational Qualifications and/or Experience:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency with digital tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry.
