We are seeking a select group of
Founding Community Sales Leaders
to pioneer a new distribution channel for KPay. If you are a natural leader with an existing network, feeling that your current path doesn't match your ambition, and you're ready to build your own business with the backing of a proven fintech platform—this is for you.

This is a performance-based partnership for those who are
dissatisfied with their earning ceiling
and possess the drive to create a substantial, residual income stream by building and leading a sales community.

This is a fully remote, community-based role across Australia under an independent partnership model that is 100% performance-based.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a:

  • Salon or spa owner, beauty consultant, or stylist
    who enjoys connecting with other professionals and helping them grow.
  • Current team lead in beauty sales, wellness distribution, or POS
    who feels limited by your current product or compensation plan.
  • Trainer, distributor, or local community organiser
    ready to monetise your influence and leadership network in the beauty space.
  • Ambitious professional from another field with strong connections to
    salon owners, barbers, or aesthetic clinic operators
    .
  • Semi-retired beauty professional looking for a flexible but high-impact venture to stay active and earn meaningful income.

Your Mission as a Founding Leader

As an independent partner, you will:

  • Build Your Own Business:
    Recruit, train, and lead your own team of 5–20 part-time sales reps focused on
    hair salons, nail salons, massage centres, and wellness studios.
  • Earn What You're Worth:
    Your compensation is directly tied to your team's performance—no upper limit.
  • Create Legacy Income:
    Enjoy residual commissions from the long-term success of the merchants your team signs.
  • Be a Pioneer:
    As a founding leader, shape the program and receive preferential terms and higher commissions.
