As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled Studio Manager who can provide leadership and support across multiple locations—ensuring consistency, quality, and an unforgettable experience in every studio.

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Guide and inspire a diverse team of tattoo and support staff.
  • Cultivate a thriving studio culture that is positive, inclusive and professional.
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular communication and collaborative goal-setting.

Oversee Daily Operations

  • Uphold rigorous standards for studio cleanliness, safety and comfort.
  • Proactively manage inventory, ensuring essential supplies are always on hand.
  • Efficiently coordinate appointments for maximum productivity and client satisfaction.

Elevate Client Experience & Drive Growth

  • Deliver exceptional service from the initial welcome through post-appointment car.
  • Build lasting client relationships that foster loyalty, repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve sales targets by expertly upselling and cross-selling services and products.
  • Strategically meet and exceed KPI's, including revenue, retention and bookings.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven management experience, ideally in a tattoo studio or creative environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
