What's the role on offer?

As an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting Alliance Airlines' technology environment — ensuring all end-user devices and systems are secure, reliable and performing at their best. You'll be hands-on across a broad range of technologies, from endpoint detection and response tools to mobile device management and virtual desktops.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the stability, security, and performance of all end-user computing environments (workstations, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices).
• Plan, configure, monitor and troubleshoot across physical, virtual and cloud platforms.
• Oversee patching, endpoint security, and compliance with Alliance ICT policies.
• Support lifecycle planning, upgrades, and deployment of new technologies.
• Respond to and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Produce and maintain detailed system documentation, configurations and reports.
• Act as the subject matter expert for EUC technologies, providing guidance to peers.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

You're a proactive, customer-focused IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes.

You will also have:

• Experience in an enterprise environment managing endpoint deployments and devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365.
• Experience with endpoint and software deployment platforms such as Intune or SCCM.
• Exposure to mobile device management tools (e.g., Intune, AirWatch).
• Experience with service management tools and ITIL practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to support critical incidents or business changes outside regular hours.

Desirable certifications include Microsoft (Azure/365), Cisco/Meraki, ITIL, and security qualifications (CISSP, CCSP).
