We are currently searching for an enthusiastic **Cost Planner** who is ready to further develop their career as part of our dynamic New Business team. Located in our Sydney Head Office or applicable Site Office, the Cost Planner plays a significant part in securing new project opportunities for the NSW business. Working across high-profile, large-scale construction projects, you will join an experienced team that understands the importance of a collaborative, focused and results driven working environment.

At Multiplex, our Cost Planners are deeply embedded in the lifecycle of our projects. You won't just be crunching numbers - you'll be collaborating closely with design teams and project delivery teams from early concept through to 70% project let. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence design outcomes, shape project strategy, and ensure commercial success from the ground up. If you're looking for a role where your expertise goes beyond spreadsheets and into the heart of project development, this is it. On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Review and preparation of accurate estimates and cost plans.
- Manage cost and design variations, scope changes, and assisting with pricing as required.
- Develop strong commercial relationships with subcontractors.
- Participate in post tender negotiations
- Stay attentive of market influences and trends and be able to identify key risks or opportunities.
