Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior Event Executive to support the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate events and exhibitions. Reporting to the Senior Event Manager, this role will play a key part in registration management, logistics coordinatiion and ensuring smooth delivery of client events. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years' experience in event management and an in-depth knowledge of EventsAir, they will be meticulous and thorough and committed to committed to accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events and exhibitions.

* Collaborate with the Senior Event Manager on all steps of the planning and delivery process.

* Coordinate logistics, including venue bookings, supplier arrangements, catering, signage, accommodation, transportation and AV requirements

* Liaise with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.

* Handle administrative tasks such as timelines, invoices, and post-event reports.

* Build and manage online registration, exhibition, speaker and accommodation portals.

* Delegate management and support services including communications

* Exhibitor management

* Speaker management

* Assist with the preparation of running sheets

* Assist with onsite event management.

* Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with safety and company standards.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.

* 3 - 5 years of experience in event management, planning or coordination.

* In depth working knowledge of EventsAir

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana).

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

* Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
