About the role
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies and calendars tailored to the needs of shoppers in each centre's trade area.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of social media and digital channels across multiple centres, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Maintain a dynamic marketing plan to enhance centre performance, and plan, develop and execute centre marketing campaigns and activations
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with centre management teams, tenants, customers, suppliers, local community groups and other stakeholders
  • Strengthen retailer engagement to support campaign delivery and help drive sales and traffic
  • Report on the return on investment (ROI) of campaigns and activations
About you
  • Tertiary education in a marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience in a marketing related industry, shopping centre experience highly regarded
  • Proficiency across digital and social media platforms
  • Ability to update digital platforms such as websites and social media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong time management and ability to meet set deadlines
  • High attention to detail with solid organisational and reporting skills.
  • Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new platforms and tools.
  • Resilient and flexible, able to juggle multiple tasks across various centres with ease.
  • Ability to interpret research data and insights
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite
