People & Culture Coordinator – 4-Month Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team for a 4-month fixed term contract as we prepare to go live with our new HR and Payroll system.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role supporting both the People & Culture team and the wider business to ensure our day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly through this exciting period of change.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the friendly face and steady hand supporting the delivery of People & Culture services across the Group, including:

  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
  • Managing pre-employment checks, employment changes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Providing administrative support for performance reviews, employee relations matters, and HR reporting.
  • Assisting with training coordination — scheduling sessions, tracking completion, and maintaining records in our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Supporting safety and wellbeing activities, including pre-employment medicals, incident reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees and leaders — approachable, reliable, and solutions-focused.
  • Helping to drive initiatives that build engagement, capability, and a positive workplace culture.

About you

You're a team player with a customer-first mindset and a passion for making things happen. You take pride in delivering great service, keeping things organised, and contributing to a supportive team culture.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience in a People & Culture or HR support role.
  • Strong administration and system skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence working with HRIS, LMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field will be highly regarded.
