We're seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join a friendly team within the financial services sector. These roles are ideal for university students or candidates looking to gain experience over the holidays, with the potential to transition into part-time work in the New Year. 

The Details:

  • 3-month fixed-term contract: 1 December – 27 February
  • Full-time hours (Monday–Friday) with potential part-time opportunities beyond February
  • Limited leave permitted during the contract period
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support provided
  • Convenient North Lakes location – close to public transport

About the Role:

You'll be part of a dynamic customer service team assisting clients with property and insurance claims. Day-to-day, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, update systems, and ensure a positive customer experience.

We're looking for:

  • Confident communicators with a professional phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Reliable, team-oriented people who can commit to the full contract period
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call centre) highly regarded.
