As both
Practice Manager
and
Optical Dispenser
, you'll be the heartbeat of our Mt Isa team — leading operations, supporting the local optometrist, and ensuring patients have an exceptional clinical and retail experience.

The Role:

  • Oversee daily operations of the practice
  • Monday to Friday roster
  • Provide expert dispensing advice and customer service
  • Manage stock, rosters, appointments, and reporting
  • Support the optometrist with pretesting and clinical flow
  • Drive sales and local marketing initiatives

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Optical Dispenser or Retail Leader
  • Previous leadership or management experience is highly desirable
  • A hands-on approach with strong retail and clinical knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for community healthcare and a commitment to excellence
