We are seeking an experienced and organised Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy clinic. This role involves managing staff rosters, payroll, and client scheduling, while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients and clinicians alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing appointments and billing using Zanda
  • Coordinating rosters, payroll, and administrative systems
  • Liaising with NDIS, Department of Justice (DOJ), and Child Protection and Family Support (CPFS)
  • Maintaining psychological testing materials and clinical resources

About you:

You'll bring strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using Zanda or a similar software. Experience in a medical, psychology, or allied health setting is essential. Qualifications in business administration or health practice management is preferable.
