About the Role

We're currently seeking a reliable and experienced MC Driver to join our growing team at Todd Goodwin Plumbing & Leak Detection. This role involves operating multi-combination vehicle for local material haulage around the Cairns and Mossman area.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate MC-rated vehicle in compliance with road safety and company policies
  • Complete pre-start checks and ensure vehicle is roadworthy
  • Load and unload freight securely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records

  • Comply with fatigue management and chain of responsibility (CoR) laws

  • 6 day week (Monday -Saturday) over time rates apply


Requirements

  • Valid MC class license
  • Construction white card
  • Ability to complete logbooks and delivery dockets accurately
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, (if applicable)
