Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to drive growth, lead marketing initiatives, and strengthen relationships with business clients. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to position our solutions effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to support business growth
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, LinkedIn, events, content, SEO)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Create targeted content for business audiences (case studies, whitepapers, presentations)
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate and qualify leads
- Drive lead nurturing and conversion through automation tools and CRM systems
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on ROI and KPIs
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Coordinate webinars, trade shows, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales funnels
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM, SEO)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B service industries
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of customer segmentation and buyer personas
- Knowledge of branding and positioning strategies
