Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Manager located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Building Manager will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of buildings, ensuring efficient operations and a safe environment for all occupants. Tasks will include supervising facility management activities, budget management, coordinating maintenance work, and communicating with building occupants to address their needs. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and enhancing the overall quality of the facilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Management and Facility Management (FM)
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with building occupants
  • Experience in Building Maintenance and ensuring facilities are well-maintained
  • Budgeting skills for managing expenses and financial planning
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Building Management or Facility Management are beneficial
  • Experience in managing facilities in large-scale or corporate environments is an advantage
