Wellspace Australia is a national provider of Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. Our team works remotely from across Australia, supporting participants to live ordinary and extraordinary lives.

We're now growing our team of Support Coordinators and are looking for experienced, passionate professionals who value autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking experienced Support Coordinators who are:

  • Passionate about person-centred and strengths-based practice
  • Skilled in navigating the NDIS and building strong provider relationships
  • Organised, reliable, and confident working independently
  • Committed to delivering quality outcomes and maintaining compliance
  • Comfortable working remotely as part of a connected national team
  • To Be Successful, You'll Need:
    At least 12 months' experience as a Support Coordinator
  • Relevant qualifications (Cert IV or above in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work or similar)
  • Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • Infection Control Certificate.

  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Public liability insurance
  • ABN registration
