Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing seamless customer support outside regular business hours.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage after-hours calls, coordinate urgent care requests, and offer assistance to field staff and customers.
  • Work from home with a flexible schedule that includes weekdays from 6:00am-8:00am and 6:00pm-10:00pm.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience coordinating in-home or community-based support services.
  • A strong customer service mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Consumer Directed Care and/or Person-Centred Practices.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills, with confidence using MS Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Experience using care or information management systems is an advantage.
