About the Role

This position involves helping participants understand and implement their NDIS plans, connecting them with relevant services, health professionals, and community resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.

  • Maintain progress, ensuring supports align with participant goals.
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS guidelines while focusing on quality outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred support.
