At Green Leaves Early Learning, our Centre Administrators are truly one of a kind. With your warm, caring nature, you play a vital role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for our families, children, and team

  • Welcoming our families, children and team in a friendly and professional way
  • Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting Centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations
  • Use your strong systems skills across Salesforce and Qikkids, to manage enrolments and families accounts
  • Showcase your masterful prioritisation skills to complete a range of systems-related tasks, while managing phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries
  • Support the Centre by using your refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team
  • Liaise with our maintenance team as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure our Centre continues to present as it did the first week we opened
  • Use your super-star administrative skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy, in a reliable and consistent manner
  • Display your extraordinary interpersonal and customer service skills, to breeze through some difficult conversations.

About You:

  • Current State relevant Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • A Police Check and PRODA Number
  • The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through to Friday for 37.5 hours per week
