CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

  • Senior HVAC Service Advisor

OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic role in which to utilise your technical service skills but in an advisory capacity. You will assist contractors and key clients with escalated service calls, attend field visits and deliver training to key clients around how best to service commercial air conditioning units. This is a hybrid role that will see you spend 60% of your time in the office and the remaining time in the field delivering training and ensuring units are serviced correctly.

KEY CRITERIA

  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Relevant work experience as a HVAC&R Service Technician working on VRV, VRF, split, ducted and other product units
  • An inquisitive mind and thirst for learning
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Drivers license
