Join Our Team as a HVAC Project Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading projects to success? We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and drive impactful initiatives from start to finish.

Location: South East Queensland - Travel to CQ/NQ

Salary: Competitive Salary + Benefits including vehicle or allowance

Employment Type: Full-time

Your Role:

  • HVAC plant and BMS upgrades and refurbishments.
  • Estimating and submission of tender documents
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless collaboration
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure project goals align with business objectives and client expectations
  • Track progress, report performance, and continuously improve processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HVAC project management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management certification is an advantage
