About the business

An agency in Bulimba is on the hunt for a skilled Executive Assistant to come on board and hit the ground running alongside one of their high performing agents. This role will be running the day to day operations of their sales team while providing administrative support to the agent.

Currently the person in the role is staying and moving within the business and will be available to offer a full handover for this role. The team is averaging 45-50 listings per year and this role will be integral to the clean running of their systems and processes.

About the role

  • Manage all to-market administration, compliance and marketing for agents listings
  • Diary management
  • Aid in the sales process and be hands-on with clients through the process
  • Hands on management of marketing via web, print and social
  • Assisting with coordinating exchanges and settlements
  • Support with client communication, data maintenance and management from appraisal through to post settlement

Skills and experience

  • Must have previous real estate experience working in an admin heavy role
  • Own car and Licence
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Must hold current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or higher)
  • Eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) and real estate CRM systems
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
