Dubbo Motor Group is searching for a General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team across some of the most recognisable automotive brands in the country – Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, Kia, MG and Ram.

Based in Dubbo, NSW, this role is ideal for an experienced Sydney-based automotive leader looking for a fresh start and a rewarding lifestyle change. With an attractive $130K+ remuneration package, this is your opportunity to take the reins in a leadership role with real autonomy and impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and motivating a dynamic sales team to exceed targets

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to grow the business

  • Overseeing daily operations across new, used, finance, and aftermarket

  • Working closely with the Dealer Principal, service and parts teams to drive performance

  • Mentoring staff, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with processes

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in automotive sales, with proven success in a senior role

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills

  • Strategic mindset with strong financial and operational acumen

  • Ability to deliver results while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Experience managing finance, insurance, and business development
