Role Overview
As the General Manager – Human Resources, you will assume full responsibility for the end-to-end management of the HR, recruitment, and payroll functions across the business. Leading a small but capable team, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive the strategic HR agenda, ensure compliance, and deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance organisational performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Human Resources function across HR operations, talent acquisition, and payroll.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, delivering HR solutions that support business priorities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment function, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, onboarding, and retention.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with all legislative and compliance requirements.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development strategies.
  • Maintain and update HR frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure alignment with legal obligations and best practice.
  • Manage all employee and industrial relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
  • Deliver accurate and timely HR reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership position, ideally within a fast-paced, service-oriented industry.
  • Strong generalist HR expertise with proven capability in both recruitment and payroll functions.
  • Track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-performing HR teams.
