True Care Collective is looking for compassionate, flexible and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

True by name, true by nature, we are a registered NDIS service provider dedicated to providing reliable support our participants can count on and the care they truly deserve.

We provide high-quality, individualised support to people with a range of needs — including high physical support, mental health, and intellectual disabilities.

If you hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent and believe in empowering people to live independent, dignified, and fulfilling lives, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Disability Support Worker with True Care Collective, you'll be providing support in areas such as:

  • Provide respectful and safe personal care
  • Support with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Assist with community access and recreational activities
  • Support with medication and health routines
  • Promote daily living skills and independence

You'll work closely with participants in their homes and communities, building meaningful connections and making a genuine difference where it matters most.

About You
  • Female (genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 QLD)
  • Reliable, caring, and professional
  • Flexible and confident working independently or in a team
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid & CPR
  • Certificate III or higher in Disability/Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
