About the role:

You will be required to work with numerous Participants across the Cairns region.

We are looking to engage a Sub-Contracted Disability Support Worker who is able to fill a flexible schedule. Shifts will be a mixture of providing Assistance with Personal Care Activities, In-home Daily Life Tasks and Community Access Support Hours per week including sleepovers & weekends.

To be successful for this role you must be able to think on your feet, be proactive, follow policies & procedures as well as have the willingness & relevant experience to support some Participants that require High Intensity Care, Mental Health Support & Behaviors.
