About the Role

We're seeking dedicated support professionals to join our 24/7 team providing essential services to participants with disability support needs. This is a professional role, not gig work – we're building a team of committed support workers who view this as their primary career and take pride in delivering quality care.

You'll work flexible schedules that change week-to-week, giving you variety in your role while ensuring participants receive personalised support when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide professional, person-centered support to participants in disability settings

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

· Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and build trustworthy relationships

· Adapt to varying weekly schedules while maintaining quality of care

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvements

· Contribute to service improvements and quality initiatives

Essential Requirements
Availability & Commitment:


• Flexible availability across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays


• Professional commitment to support work as your primary career focus


• Ability to adapt to varying weekly schedules

Skills & Qualifications:


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals


• Relevant qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Individual Support) or willingness to obtain


• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain


• Current drivers license
