What you'll do:

  • Lead design and delivery across subdivisions, urban development, and infrastructure.
  • Manage technical outputs (design reports, drawings, modelling).
  • Liaise with clients, councils, and stakeholders to secure approvals.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drafters.
  • Ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–8 years' consultancy experience in land development/subdivisions.
  • Proficiency in 12d, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of authority standards and WSUD.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and engage clients.
  • Desire to step into a leadership role with clear progression.
