The opportunity

We're seeking an experienced administrator or project officer to step into the Project Officer role for an estimated contract period of up to August 2026.

This role plays a vital role in supporting the overall administration of the Holiday Parks section, including providing executive assistant support to the Holiday Parks Section Manager through diary management, business papers, reporting, and management of data kept in corporate systems.

Alongside the administrative functions of this role, you will also provide project and administration support to the broader Holiday Parks leadership team.

  • Base Salary Range: $69,600 to $81,716 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,464 retention allowance
  • You will be working from Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary

Please Note: For the purpose of recruitment, the title of Project Officer has been used to reflect the equivalent industry title. Internally the official title of this position is Holiday Parks Support Officer.
