About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Admin & Support Officer to join our friendly team in Heidelberg West on a part-time basis (approx. 20–30 hours per week).

You'll play a key role in supporting our sales and customer service team with the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and process customer quotes
  • Handle customer and order enquiries (phone & computer based)
  • Manage special orders for NDIS, DVA, and TAC customers

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a sales admin or customer service support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to customer service
  • High level of computer literacy, with experience in data entry and CRM/ERP systems (experience with Salesforce, Odoo, or similar is highly regarded)
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
