As an HR Intern, you will be working within the human resources departments of medium to large companies or in reputable HR consulting firms under the supervision of highly experienced HR professionals who will support and guide you throughout your internship.

- Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new hire information.
- Assisting with payroll activities such as timekeeping and processing leave requests.
- Conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing results to recommend improvements.
- Supporting HR initiatives and assisting with the organization of training and development programs.
- Participating in HR projects, such as policy development and compliance audits.
- No prior experience required – just the drive to learn and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn from senior staff.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week.
