Project Officer – Fundraising Programs (Part-Time, Temp)

3 days per week, Contract until 19 December 2025

We're currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Officer to join our client's team and support the delivery of exciting fundraising programs and initiatives that empower artists and arts organisations across Australia.

In this dynamic role, you'll provide hands-on coordination and administrative support to ensure programs, workshops, and events run seamlessly.

You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to bring impactful fundraising projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for the delivery of fundraising programs and initiatives, including processing invoices and maintaining records.
  • Act as a key contact for artists and arts organisations, providing information about fundraising programs.
  • Coordinate event details and ticketing, ensuring clear and timely communication with participants.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to promote opportunities and report on program outcomes.
  • Prepare proposals, briefings, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting programs, events, or projects in an arts, not-for-profit, or government setting (highly regarded).
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.

This is a part-time temporary position (3 days per week) until 19 December 2025.
