Imagine Education is a private education company operating in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, offering vocational qualifications in business, marketing, aged care, child care, automotive, and hospitality, as well as English courses.

About your new role

The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of customer service to students regarding enrolments, orientation, and general enquiries.  The successful applicant will also be responsible for putting together and running a monthly activities calendar for our students.

We are on the lookout for a Student Services Officer (Activities) for our Campus located in the heart of Southport.

About you

  • Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment;
  • Experience using office products including outlook, databases, Excel and Word;
  • Experience with taking, receipting and recording payments including banking;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Professional presentation and phone manner;
  • The ability to multi task, learn quickly and work independently;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Applicants will be required to apply for a blue card.
  • Experience in an international education environment would be an advantage.
