About the Client

Our client is a well-established service provider within the construction and industrial sectors, recognised for delivering tailored scanning and project support solutions to a diverse client base. With a strong reputation for reliability, innovation, and safety, they support clients through projects of varying size and complexity - from minor works to large-scale operations. 

Operating a fast-paced environment, they business places high value on professionalism, teamwork, and continual development. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in supporting project delivery and client engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes, schedule, and coordinate small and ongoing works.
  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks for large projects, including project package assembly, training scheduled, inductions, file management, and booking accomodation and flights.
  • Assist with vehicle and plant maintenance bookings and logistics.
  • Provide support with tender applications.
  • Assist with client onboarding and contract renewals.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in one of the following disciplines (or equivalent experience): 

  • Project Manager.
  • Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Management & Leadership.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Business/Office Administration.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and project systems.

What's On Offer:

  • Competitive salary between $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (based on experience).
  • Performance bonus paid every six months.
  • Additional perks, including a fuel card and monthly personal vehicle wash & detail.
  • Full-time role with flexible working hours between 6:00AM and 6:00PM (38 hours per week).
  • Overtime paid on an hourly basis.
  • Hybrid flexibility available after full training is completed.

Commencement:

The successful candidate will ideally commence within the next four weeks. The role may initially begin on a casual basis with the view to transition to fill-time employment, pending suitability.
