Essential Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP Payroll.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing end-to-end payroll processes within a medium to large organisation.
  • Ability to confidently articulate payroll processes and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience in month-end processes and Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and reliable work ethic.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive outcomes.

About The Role
Engenco Limited are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to join the Engenco Payroll Team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely end-to-end payroll services across the organisation. You'll also play a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives across payroll processes and systems, helping us enhance efficiency and compliance.

This role will report to the Payroll Manager and collaborates closely with the Payroll and People & Culture Teams.
