The opportunity to join our team

We're looking for a skilled and innovative Digital Automation Manager to join our Digital and Personalisation team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering automated marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, rich push and other digital channels. You will lead the connection of first party data via the Customer Data Platform with media publishers in market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and journey personalisation, using marketing automation tools to deliver the right message at the right time. Your technical expertise and data-driven mindset will help unlock efficiencies and drive impactful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimise automation workflows across email, SMS, rich push, and other digital channels
  • Build dynamic customer segments using real-time behavioural, transactional, and demographic data
  • Manage the connections and data mapping between the Customer Data Platform and media publishers in market
  • Personalise and configure 1:1 marketing communications to support omni-channel strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to align campaign goals and automation strategies
  • Maintain data integrity through deduplication, identity resolution, and list hygiene best practices
  • Ensure opt-ins, opt-outs, suppression lists and c  communication preferences comply with privacy requirements
  • Manage the integration of automation platforms with CRM, analytics tools, and broader martech stack
  • Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and drive continual optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws and internal governance processes

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in marketing automation, CRM, and digital campaign optimisation
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
  • Strong experience using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to build and activate personalised customer journeys
  • Proficient in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and omni-channel personalisation
  • Hands-on expertise with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and campaign automation
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g. ACMA, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Skilled in managing CRM-integrated platforms and martech architecture
  • High-level proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and RESTful APIs for system integrations
  • Solid front-end skills in HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript (desirable -not required)
