As a Marketing Automation Manager at Dexus you will be responsible for leveraging Dexus’ CRM to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimise engagement and drive sales outcomes.

How you will make an impact

This is a newly created role that will collaborate across Marketing, IT & the wider business to enhance our customer journeys. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will design, execute, and report on data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, whilst optimising and maintaining marketing contact data, all in alignment with the broader Dexus Marketing strategy,

Some responsibilities include:

- Develop and optimise marketing-related and compliant CRM workflows and automation processes to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales strategies.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics for digital campaigns, webinars, and events, providing reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- Continuously optimise campaigns and user journeys based on data-driven insights to enhance engagement with prospects and customers.

About You

This is a collaborative and multi-faceted role. In addition to your technical skills and marketing competency, you will have demonstrated capability in building strong relationships with various stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven track record in adapting to and implementing emerging trends and technologies.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience within digital marketing, CRM and technology, including setting up and managing marketing-related CRM workflows.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights experience preferred, experience in other CRM and marketing automations systems considered (e.g Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
