- Automation campaign strategy and execution
- Technical project management
- Implementation
- Client relations

**The role**:

- The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for automating personalised marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels - predominantly Marketo.
- Delivering results at every stage of the funnel
- Day-to-day management and implementation of automated program/campaign process.
- Work with management to develop and optimise client strategy
- Work with our full-time designers and developers to produce EDMs

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and confidence in delivering presentations and leading workshops.
- At home when working in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-4 years Marketo experience in similar roles.
- Enthusiasm and a positive mindset.

- 80-100k + super based on experience
- Working closely with Senior Marketing Consultant
- Regular Social events
- Bonus/Shares program
- One week a year to work remotely from any country
