In this role, you'll:

Work within our Work with Enterprise Asset Systems team within Asset Management in Sydney Trains, you will take responsibility to provide assistance, facilitation and input into the provision of analysing existing systems, assist in planning projects and upkeep of the Asset Management Division Information Systems's Asset Management Plan.

About you

You will take responsibility to facilitate and provide analysis and scoping of existing system condition and currency, services and support processes to assist development of new initiatives to ensure systems are fit for purpose and compliant

You will also contribute to the development of project plans or develop the plan for small projects to support the completion of projects on time, to cost and quality standards

You will engage with stakeholders and sponsors to define and establish requirements aligned with business objectives

This role will see you maintain relevant databases and registers to support the provision of Information Planning and Development reports and dashboards.

You will also support the end-to-end planning of system changes incorporating routine maintenance (RM), major periodic maintenance (MPM) and capital works, to ensure the cost-effective maintenance of systems and contribute to effective asset decision making.

Finally you will facilitate system user forums to capture upcoming changes and projects, capture feedback, and ensure alignment between users and system owners.
