Full-Time Experienced Green Grocer – 5am Starts (Tuesday to Saturday).

We're looking for an experienced Green Grocer to join the Leaf team, someone who knows their way around premium fruit and veg, values early starts, and takes pride in quality, presentation, and customer experience.

About the Role

  • Full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday (5am start)
  • Hands-on role focused on fresh produce display, rotation, and quality
  • Work closely with our Produce Manager and suppliers to maintain exceptional standards
  • Manage stock levels, identify best-in-season produce, and help reduce waste
  • Support a small team in delivering an outstanding in-store experience

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a produce or green grocer environment
  • Strong knowledge of fruit and vegetable quality, handling, and storage
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with early starts
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Friendly, team-oriented and passionate about great food
